
BOOKKEEPING & ADMIN
We are currently recruiting for a part-time, permanent position with a view to becoming full-time based on company growth.
The main focus of this role is bookkeeping for company accounts, ensuring all financial records are accurately maintained and prepared for handover to the accountant. This includes tasks such as QuickBooks reconciliation, bank payment matching, uploading receipts, issuing invoices, and managing customer payments.
In addition to bookkeeping, the role includes general administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the business. These may involve organising files, assisting with customer communications, updating content through our Wix-based content management system (CMS), and handling various ad-hoc office tasks.
The position offers flexibility, with a blend of remote and in-office work depending on the nature of the duties. Experience with QuickBooks, Revolut payment services, and digital tools is beneficial, though training and ongoing support will be provided.
