Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your driving lesson. However, to ensure fairness and maximize our instructors’ time, we have established the following cancellation policy: 48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the lesson. Illness, Injury, or Emergency: If you are unable to attend a lesson due to illness, injury, or emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to reschedule your lesson at no additional charge. Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled lesson, the lesson may be cancelled, and you may be charged a cancellation fee. Inclement Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: Drivex Pro Limited (Drivex) reserves the right to cancel a lesson due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will make every effort to reschedule the lesson at no additional charge. Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, except in cases of illness, injury, or emergency. Refunds may be subject to an administrative fee. Repeated Cancellations: Students who repeatedly cancel or reschedule lessons may be subject to additional fees or limitations on scheduling. Policy Changes: All fees and policies are subject to change without notice. By enrolling in our driving program, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
